Dr. Mursal Hussein
Mr. Mursal Hussein is a strategic and Financial management consultant with over 10 years of experience providing consulting services related to strategic management, business and finance. He holds a BA in Social Science from University of Somali, an MBA in Finance Management from JKUAT of Nairobi, Kenya and a DPB in Finance Management from Nairobi University, Kenya.
Mr. Mursal has extensive experience lecturing on strategic management, Financial Management and business subjects at universities in Kenya and Somalia. From 2015 to present, he has lectured at universities in Somalia and Kenya. Additionally, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Business at from University of Somali (UNISO), from 2014 to 2017.Presently, Mursal works as a business management consultant at Standard Consultant and Research Enterprise (SCORE), where he applies his diverse business knowledge and acumen to help clients.

Dr. Ismail Ali Siad
Dr. Ismail Ali Siad is a finance consultant with over 30 years of experience in providing consulting services related to finance, economics and business. He holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from Assumption University, Thailand, an MBA in Finance also from Assumption University, Thailand, and a DBA in Finance from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
Dr. Ismail has extensive experience in lecturing on finance subjects at universities in Asia, Europe and Africa. From 2002 to present, he has lectured at universities in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Germany and Somalia. Additionally, he served as Vice Chancellor of the University of Somalia from 2015 to 20122.

His areas of expertise include corporate finance, investment banking, financial modeling, strategic planning and economic research. Through his consulting practice, Dr. Ismail has worked with both public and private sector clients across Asia, Africa and Europe. His consulting services have focused on strategic planning, financial modeling, investment analysis and risk management. He has also authored several publications on finance, economics and business management topics in academic journals.

Mr. Mahir Ahmed Hersi
Mahir has expertise in finance, economics and business due to his skills and experience. He currently holds two prominent positions utilizing this expertise.
As a senior consultant, Mahir provides strategic guidance to clients, applying statistical tools like regression and forecasting.
Additionally, Mahir lectures at a top university, educating students in finance and economics through statistical methods.
By consulting commercially and teaching academically, Mahir blends quantitative and qualitative skills to advise clients and instruct students. His dual roles allow application of expertise in finance, economics and broader business areas.

Mr. Hashi is an accomplished former UN senior official with over 25 years of experience in international organizations, NGOs and governments. He has expertise in diplomacy, management, aid coordination, and other areas.
His areas of strength include program management, strategic planning, change management, finance and supply chain management. He also has skills in project management, evaluations, fundraising and donor relations.
Through his career, he has taken on roles such as strategic planner, administrator, NGO country director, diplomat and senior advisor. He has worked with the UN, governments and NGOs across multiple functions.
Prior to joining his current firm, he provided consulting, capacity building and training support to Somalia’s Foreign Ministry. He has work experience in 13 countries across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Hashi holds a B.A. in International Relations and M.As in Political Science and Urban Planning. He is multilingual in English, Arabic, Italian and Somali.
With over two decades of experience in senior positions, he brings strong qualifications and expertise across international development, diplomacy, management and nonprofit domains.
